Rainbow Cafe What a great find. My husband and I found this wonderful cafe to enjoy a meal before we head into the Kona Airport to leave the big island It a local family owned cafe. It was clean and affordable with many tasty food options. Meals come in two sizes mini and regular. I ordered the barbecue chicken Mac salad and rice plate mini size and the portion was just right. My husband ordered the Katsue chicken plate lunch. I would definitely recommend this place. Service is friendly and the food tasted great. One of my go-to places on island. Good food, large portions, decent prices, you can order online (more restaurants should enable that), and the staff is super nice and caring. My personal favorite is the chicken katsu. I do take-outs, it's not a super fancy place to sit in, but I'm so glad this place exists! Close to Costco, Home Depot, so order your take-out for after your shopping spree. MUCH better and healthier options than anything at Costco.

Perfect. Interesting flavors, not your normal mix plate. Everything comes out hot and fresh. The guys working their are friendly. They have high chairs for kiddos. Definitely would come back. Salt and pepper ribs and seafood mixed plate are delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
