Das Weinseminar war in ein besonderes Erlebnis, was ich uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen kann. Es wurde reichlich genußvoller Wein ausgeschenkt. Unterwegs,.in den Weinbergen, gab es eine mit viel Liebe zubereitete und zusammengestellte Lunchbox. Das Abendessen war köstlich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und man hat sich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Alles in allem haben wir einiges über Wein gelernt, sehr gut gegessen und getrunken. Ein rundum gelungener Tag im schönen Flein.
Kräuterkurs mit Wanderung und Menü. Ein herrliches Erlebnis für Naturfreunde und Kulinariker. Der Chef ist ein Experte für frische Kräuter, die man nicht kaufen sondern nur sammeln muss. Ob Kräutersuppe oder als Salat, alles was sonst so im Garten entsorgt wird, findet hier eine neue leckere Bedeutung.
