I doubt my review will make much difference in a sea of tens of thousands of reviews, but here goes. If you haven't taken your kids at least once, you should do that. Beyond that, I don't see a reason to go unless it's a low traffic time and you get the right food, whatever that is (maybe salmon, which my daughter liked). The fish and chips and Pastalaya (cool name) didn't cut it for my wife and me, especially for the cost (almost $60). Our server was very nice and was hopping, but even though she only waits 4 tables, we were constantly waiting, so we used another server to help out. If service could get no stars I would rate it as so. Disappointed by the service. Came in Sunday night. Had to wait 90 minutes to sit which wasn’t the biggest issue. But the waiter not only basically ignored us but the table in front of us had to ask the manager for water cause all the waiters weren’t attentive. On top of that we also weren’t getting water, we had to ask another waiter ad when we asked he gave us attitude asking us how many we wanted and then he was rudely slamming the glasses on the table. We dined at Rainforest Cafe last night and had a positive experience. Although there was a wait to be seated despite the busy Disney Springs location, the service was solid. Our food and drinks took a while to arrive, but our waitress was friendly and attentive throughout. The drinks were average overall, but the strawberry lemonade stood out as delicious. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was truly impressive, featuring jungle-themed decor, a simulated storm, lifelike animals, and an incredible aquarium.
I had an amazing dining experience at Rainforest Cafe. The food was absolutely incredible! Our first waitress was fantastic, very attentive and friendly. There was a shift change, and the next server wasn't as attentive, often missing when pouring drinks and not being around much. The food took quite a while to arrive, but when it did, it was absolutely worth the wait—delicious! A big thank you to Jose for taking care of everything and making sure our experience was great.
Great dinner, had 11 people so was only able to make reservation for 8 so had to go there early to bump the reservation up to 11 people. I was not able to get through by calling the restaurant. Our server was Paulette, she was very attentive made sure we had plenty of refills and there were no issues with our orders or food delivery. Above average , long wait and ok food. Nothing special about it but to be fair we were three families a party of 14)
