The food exceeded our expectations and was excellent. Our children, who had never visited before, really enjoyed the atmosphere, which was well-maintained and clean. Unfortunately, our server was disappointing. She did not make our meal feel special, and she often forgot about our orders and disappeared for long periods of time. For instance, she took our drink order and then I had to remind her to bring them after our food had already arrived. She did not apologize and did not make an effort to bring them quickly. First time at this location. The rice was hard. Not sure why but my soup never came out. We told the server we had a birthday at the table as soon as we sat down. She said ok. We saw other tables receive a dessert tower with a sparkler. She came out with a diced up cake, whip cream and a candle. I asked her why not the dessert tower. I told her could have talked to us about our options beforehand. She could have explained that we had to pay extra for the dessert tower if that's what we wanted brought out. (maybe she just assumed we didn't have to pay) She apologized but the moment was already ruined.
Every August, we go to RFC to celebrate birthdays. The restaurant never fails to impress us. Making reservations online was simple, and even though they were running 5 minutes behind, we were able to browse their gift store while we waited. We received a text when our table was ready. Our waitress informed us about the Landry membership, something I had thought about in the past. This time, I decided to take advantage of it and was able to earn rewards from our meal.
Was last here pre-covid moved to 3rd floor by foot court dinning. Pasta didn't have taste but was really filling. Got a volcano desert that has a ton of sugar but being desert that's expected. Be ready to pay a pretty penny for a mall restaurant.

One meal was served after everyone else had completed their meals over 30 minutes later. We inquired multiple times on the status and they kept saying it was coming… while juggling multiple young children, it was very tough to manage

I had a salad with dried up/tough chicken. Mac cheese for kids was ok, chicken strips were cold…like left over from the day before. Mashed potatoes were ok.
It was my daughters birthday. We had a fun time eating here. The atmosphere was fun and the service was great!
