The service here is VERY slow and NOT friendly, as soon as the waitress came to attend our party she had an attitude with any request when did businesses forget that customer service can either make or break you?! We ordered food for the kids in our group and adults, an hour after ordering the kids food came and the drinks but after another hour we were still waiting on the rest of the food and drinks! Our waitress never came to check in on us or let us know how much longer for the food! We had to get the manager, who was NO HELP! This is a fantastic spot for families with young children. The kids really enjoy the ambiance, including the animatronic animals and the various other animals decorating the walls and ceilings. They love the lively jungle sounds and the impressive Atlas waterfall located at the back of the dining area. It definitely provides a stimulating and fun atmosphere for them. As for the food, it's just average and a lot of it is fried. The ribs were tasty, and while the steak was cooked properly, it was a bit tough and chewy. I would love to see this place revamped. There is so much potential here, and kids love it, it could be so much better though! The children were happy with their dinosaur nuggets and sides, but none of the adults particularly loved their food. It's disappointing to spend at a restaurant and feel you could have had something better at home. The Rainforest Cafe has been around as long as I have, so I understand the deteriorating condition of some of the visuals, but I do think this place could do with some revamping. The service was friendly. All in all, the kids had a blast and that's really who you go for, so I can't give it under 3 stars.
We recently went and we can't have any complaints about the service or the food. I had the fish tacos and my boyfriend had the pastalaya, we both thought that they were good. If you're basing this review off of solely those categories, I would say it's five stars. I used to come here since I was a little kid, and I definitely think it was a better experience then. This was my boyfriend's first time at the rainforest Café, and I knew it wouldn't be the same experience as when I was a kid, but it made me a little nostalgic. I hope they can bring the fish back and are able to make all features work again. I would come back again though.
Very kid friendly location. Located in Menlo mall, it's a bit hidden away. You'll know the sounds by the rainforest soundtrack that plays in the background. I came from my daughters's birthday and we were seated immediately. The menu is very family and kid friendly and my daughter. Ashley ate everything that was given to her. I will say it does tend to get loud, and the food is a little bit expensive but it is tasty. The service was pretty good. The staff was very friendly. I don't know if I would come back again because it is quite expensive but I did not have a bad experience there.
The atmosphere is enjoyable for kids, but the food was just average. Our dishes arrived cold and dry. We ordered the appetizer platter and ribs. We had to change seats a few times because my granddaughter felt a bit scared; it was quite dark, and she's only two years old. The staff was very accommodating in helping us with that. I plan to return at a later date when she’s older. It’s a cute place for children’s parties!

We had a wonderful experience for the kids! The environment was fun and lively. While it was a bit on the pricey side, it wasn’t too excessive. The kids had an amazing time, and the brownie volcano dessert was incredible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be returning, mainly for the fantastic atmosphere!
I loved coming here again! I love the animals and the ambiance. The food is soooo good! Giving shoutout to our waitress. She was nice and professional. I would definitely come back here
