Raj Palace Indian Cuisine

Awful customer service. Not even worth a star! I ordered 2 veg corn soup. It tastes like just plain water with few veggies (Refer to the images attached). Previously a week before I ordered the same which was good and creamy (I would rate 4 stars). And when called the restaurant, they just say that main chef was not available today and hence it’s bad. I felt it was really weird hearing the response for us customers to pay for their mistakes. Usually I don’t review. Today this restaurant pushed me to write one.

I’m super disappointed in this Resturant. I’m still waiting for the manager to call back, it has been a week. When eating the garlic naan I swallowed a piece of plastic glove that was cooked in the bread. I threw up. Found another piece in the bread. Shame on you ! I don’t understand why the city is giving them a permit. I called multiple times to talk to the manger. I will send the video and pics to the city to review their cleanliness routines.

We've mostly ordered carry out from here, but decided to dine in yesterday after quite some time. We tried their Mushroom Muttar and Paneer Bhurji for the first time and they were delicious. Ordered their Garlic and Chive Naan which are out of this world; really good flavors! The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and warm. I definitely recommend this place!

Decor is boring, but they serve some of the best Indian food I’ve had in this area. As good or better than most of the food I had in India. Have eaten here many times and haven’t had a bad meal yet. I hope they bring back the outstanding lunch buffet soon.

I’m obsessed with this place and come probably 1-2 times a month from 40 minutes away because it’s that much better than the places closer to me. : love it!!!!
