We regularly visit Plymouth and usually end up at rakuda. Cocktails are good. Pizza was always good value and tasty. Not sure what they have done (new kitchen staff? but the pizza last visit was terrible. Too much tomato sauce and cheese. It was dripping. I think the owner is trying to appeal to the younger crowd based on DJ and style of live music from 6pm. May be I am getting old. Lost its appeal for me. If in 20s and 30s then will appeal.
We stopped due to the wonderful live entertainment and great view across the harbour. The food was amazing and surpassed only by the wonderful staff and service we had interactions with the 4 different members of staff and they were all fantastic. Well worth the visit!
friendly bar/restaurant on the water with inside and outside seating. we went with the children and had pizza. the staff is very friendly and helpful. pizzas were very good portions and we were offered to take away boxes which we could not manage.
Rakuda is a nice little bar kitchen on the end of the barbican with a lovely outside seating area. Great live music daily with some amazing musicians, some great food and the drinks aren't expensive for the area, Réservez une table maintenant
Really lovely food and great service. Would definitely visit again. The pizza's were fabulous and you can add and take away the toppings

would not serve me because my friends where drunk when I was sober I just wanted a carbonara and a coke unacceptable
10/10 say no more. Sophie is the best. Fantastic spot on the Barbican with good food and music. I shall return. Réservez une table maintenant
