Rally's - Réserver une table

I ordered delivery through DoorDash from Rally's. I received my chicken bite box, but unfortunately my slushie was missing. The delivery driver arrived without it, so I called the restaurant. They informed me that their slushie machine was not working, but were very disrespectful and did not attempt to resolve the issue or inform the driver. It was a terrible experience and I would recommend going elsewhere.

Absolutely awful service. My Dasher waited almost an hour to pick up my order because of how slow the restaurant was moving. Despite the long wait, none of my food was of good quality. The burger patty was over cooked and extremely dry. The mozzarella sticks, fries, and chicken bites all tasted overwhelmingly of stale oil. Disgusting food and awful service.

Store made the order wrong. Called to resolve and was shouted at by clerk on the phone. Was told by Dasher that store was notified that order was incorrect but the employees did not care. 1/10 do not order from this place!!!

Overall food was stale like it has been sitting out. Burger barely had anything on it. They didnt even give me my dipping sauce for my tenders. Save your money and dont order here!!
