Burgers were cold and fries were a bit hard like they had refried them. They weren't crispy and fresh. Their fries are good when done right. Always go back once in a great while to see if burgers can be served hot also really go for the fries but I always get disappointed. This was my first time going back to eat there this year and they served us cold burgers yet again. Even my family was so disappointed. A waste of money for a family of 4. Please can someone tell me why they always serve cold burgers?
This restaurant is truly incredible! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is outstanding! We sampled a variety of dishes from the menu, including the Rally Burger, loaded fries, chicken sandwich, and boneless wings. Everything was fresh and made to order, and the flavors worked together perfectly. We just returned from our trip, and I really wish we could replace some burgers in Tucson with these! If I could, I would travel to each location!
I was asked to wait for a minute, but after the wait, the staff member asked if I had already placed my order, which confused me. There were also communication problems with the speaker, unless the person was just being deliberately unclear. To top it off, I didn't receive any condiments; I've never had to ask for them before and usually at least get ketchup. I'm over this place. It's the small details that really matter.
Ashley was amazing at the counter yesterday. We have a young child who can be a little hesitant about his order, and she was incredibly patient with him. She willingly accepted our rewards information and informed us about our available coupons. Her friendliness and outstanding customer service truly made our experience delightful! Five stars! The apple cakes were not served warm, but they were fresh and very flavorful. The food was even better than on our previous visit, and we really enjoyed our meal. We made the most of the two-for-$10 deal and also used a voucher. The burgers arrived hot and had a distinctive lemon shape. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
