Ordered a Cheese Champ without onions, of course I received ONLY onions. The automated voice is annoying especially when the employee inside starts talking over top of it. The cashier Bobbie is awkward with customer interactions. And of course it is always a personal joy to see the employees smoking outside as I pull up to the drive-through. Oh yeah, the seasoning on the fries is half of what it used to be.
In town for business. In an area of busy fast food spots at lunch, they moved the drive thru along quickly. I had the BBQ bacon burger (Buford I think it's called). Ate only half of it. Literally had no flavor. Fries were hot but again nothing remarkable.Probably won't visit again.
The burgers, fries, hot dogs are are all made very, very well. So, if you're looking for something quick to grab-n-go, then this is the place to be.Parking: If you're handicapped and would like to go to this place, it'd be in your best interest to go through the drive-through.
I've had good experiences at Rally's in the past, but this evening was disappointing. After going through the drive-thru and getting home, I discovered long hairs in both the spicy chicken sandwich and the double rally burger. It might be a while before I return. Réservez une table maintenant
Have I had a bad experience here? Yes. But now that a robot takes the orders, it allows the others to prep,cook, and bag my meal. Don't freak out about that. If you do, perhaps you should apply to work here.Food: 5/5
They need to get rid of a robot machine that takes your orders. It can almost never get your order right. If it does, it has you repeat it 2-3 times. I got half of the food I ordered
Not much to bragg about. The food was a little worm not hot. Service was slow so slow in fact I thought the food would have been hot. Nope. But not to bad.Food: 3/5
