I always enjoy eating at Rally's because the food is consistently fresh. That said, the drive-thru service could be better; they seldom say thank you, and napkins are usually just thrown into the bag.

The burgers were dry. I ordered them without lettuce and they put lettuce on them. The loaded fries didn't have the dressing on them . Last time going to that location.
