The service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5 out of 5 rating. I highly recommend trying the Big Buford, along with the French fries and burger. I was really disappointed! I love the food at Rally’s, but you never know when they’re closing. I stopped by last night to grab some food before 7 PM, but the drive-thru was blocked. When I went inside, I found out they were already closed. They close at 7, but it’s hard to keep track of their hours. They really need to update their website. You can’t rely on them to be open when you want to eat.
I don't usually go for fast food, but there are times when I crave it. I dined in for lunch and here's my take: The food was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service, however, was just average, so I would rate it a 3. As for the atmosphere, it left a bit to be desired, receiving a score of 2.
What can I say? I'm not a fan of Rally's at all. There are plenty of burger chains whose food is far superior. Personally, I also really dislike the drive-thru aspect. So, basing the entire business around a drive-thru carryout experience is a significant drawback for me. Réservez une table maintenant
