I really never say anything negative about a person , thing or business . I was very upset when I went to Ralph?s ices where I usually go . I ordered a quart of iced I asked for three or four cups for my ices. They said they didn?t have the soft paper cups . I said okay please give me 4 hard small cups . They said no . I stated I am willing to pay for the cups . They said no ?I hade to drop of my son in syosset . We then went to Ralph?s in syosset . No concern to get the extra cups and no charge for them . The best part they are less money for dessert than Plainview . We will be going out of our way to go to syosset . You might want to do the same thing . Bye Plainview hello syosset.

I ordered a twister with twist soft serve and a chocolate caramel cup ice. Unfortunately, they ran out of the ice and claimed they tried to call me, but I never received any call. I had my phone ready because I knew they were out of many flavors, but I wasn't sure about this one. Instead of the caramel cup ice, they used chocolate ice and added caramel sauce. Additionally, I asked for twist soft serve, but they only gave me chocolate. They insisted my order didn’t specify “twist,” but the printout they stapled to the bag clearly said "twist." I won’t be ordering from this location again.

This Ralphs location closes over an hour before they are supposed to, almost every night. I have gone there 4 different times within the month and they were closed at 10pm and refused to serve us while employees were still in the store. I have called aswell, to clarify what their hours are and they said 10:30. I went there at 9:45 one night and they had already closed thewindow. I mean like cmon
I absolutely adore this place! My best friends and I have incorporated it into our beach day rituals. It’s the ideal way to wrap up a fantastic summer day. The complex flavors and delightful combinations truly set Ralph’s apart, making it exceptional and one-of-a-kind!
Ralph's is a solid choice, but they've been lacking in flavor options this season. The service has consistently been great, and the staff really puts in the effort. When they have their full range of flavors, they deserve an A+.
I absolutely love Ralph's, but they really need to hire more staff. With summer fast approaching, the wait times can be frustrating—I've often waited at least 20 minutes just to get served.

The best ice cream in New York! They offer a wide variety of flavors. The only downside is that they should stay open year-round!
