I was in Port Washington for like 20 hours and I went twice. The rest of the time I spent in Long Island, I spent it thinking about Ralph's. My remaining time spent anywhere else on this world will also be spent thinking about Ralph's. I hate that I love it so much. It's complicated. Shaved ice seems like a simple thing, something I've always been unimpressed by. Grind up some ice and slather it in syrup y fake stuff? No thanks. But at Ralph's they take shaved ice to the next level! The ice is shaved very tiny and the texture is very, very smooth dare I say creamy?! The flavors are also exceptional! It's flavorful and I'm sure it's fake flavors, but it doesn't taste that way
I used to love Ralph’s, especially cookie’s cream ice cream. However, it definitely changedfor worse, as I ordered both cookie’s cream (ice) strawberry (cream), but both tasted bit artificial and even bit chemical. Maybe it stayed a bit too long to pass the expiration date, but yeah, it wasn’t the same. Also, I did not like the fact that it charged more if you pay in credit card. What is this, a tax evasion? I didn’t like the fact that employee treated me differently than the previous customer and it might be because of skin colors? Stopped in for the 1st time on a Saturday night to test the rumors and hype. They were on point! Small little icee shop with no place to sit. Upon stepping in you'll immediate be in front of the many flavors they offer after being greeted by their friendly staff. I asked for their top 3 popular flavors and ended up taking advantage of their samples for 6 of the flavors. I tried peanut butter cookie dough, crazy coconut, coconut tart, blue Hawaiian, rainbow, and mango. All were tasty! Many flavors. Delicious. Good price, friendly staff. Too bad they take cash only. Reccomend!
Fun place to go with friends and get some ices (or ice cream). Lots of flavors allow for almost endless combinations. Nevertheless, prices are a tad high and, if you can eat dairy, you might as well walk a little further down the street to Douglas James Inspiration Wharf for the absolute best ice cream in the area. Nevertheless, Ralph's is a local staple and a fun place to go with friends in the evening on a hot day.

this was an AWFUL experience. i ordered a birthday cake ices, and i received that, but FULL of chocolate ices as well. They obviously don’t clean their equipment, and it’s a massive health hazard. i was not able to enjoy my ices when it was mixed with chocolate, a flavor that i hate. CLEAN YOUR EQUIPMENT.
Of all the locations, this one is definitely the smallest one I've been to. It honestly doesn't look that clean, but it's a Ralph's and the ices were good. If I had to choose, this wouldn't be my first pick, but if I'm in a Ralph's mood, I also wouldn't mind coming here.

Love the cherry with pieces of cherry in it. Great flavors and texture. Nice staff. Could be a bit cleaner!

When it comes to Italian Ice, Ralph's is in a league of their own. Amazing
