After being disappointed by Douglas and James ice cream, I stumbled upon this hidden gem and I am so glad I did. The staff at Ralph's ice cream and ices were friendly, engaging, and helpful. Casey and Amanda treated me like a regular customer, making me feel welcomed right away. Unlike Douglas and James, Ralph's had a socially distanced line and was well-prepared for COVID-19 regulations. You can't go inside, but they are set up at the door to take your order efficiently. Best of all, you can enjoy your ice cream cone the traditional way without it being served upside down and smashed. This small Italian ice shop offers a wide variety of delicious ices. My husband and I usually opt for the fruit flavors, as I'm not a fan of peanut butter and jelly ice. I tried the mango (which was much better than Rita's as it tasted like real mango), cappuccino, and lemon flavors. The young person working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I ended up choosing the classic lemon flavor, which was slightly less tart but very refreshing on a hot day. It's Labor Day and there is only one girl working at the restaurant, but she is doing an amazing job handling the steady stream of customers. Although Ralph's could do better by having more staff on hand, this girl is a rockstar - super friendly and efficient! The response from the restaurant acknowledging the situation with a bit of humor is appreciated. It's clear there may be challenges, so kudos to the hardworking staff. The suggestion to recognize the lone worker, perhaps with extra pay or some other form of appreciation, is a good idea. Best of luck to everyone at the restaurant!

Stopped in for the 1st time on a Saturday night to test the rumors and hype. They were on point! Small little icee shop with no place to sit. Upon stepping in you'll immediate be in front of the many flavors they offer after being greeted by their friendly staff. I asked for their top 3 popular flavors and ended up taking advantage of their samples for 6 of the flavors. I tried peanut butter cookie dough, crazy coconut, coconut tart, blue Hawaiian, rainbow, and mango. All were tasty! Many flavors. Delicious. Good price, friendly staff. Too bad they take cash only. I am highly disappointed in this establishment. I placed an order for my son's birthday with Koren, and despite requesting a pick-up time 10 minutes earlier the day before, the store opened 45 minutes late. I had to go elsewhere to get ice cream. This lack of commitment and professionalism has led me to decide not to shop there anymore.

I believe that the passion fruit and lemon combination is the best! They now serve "pup cups" and my dog really enjoys them. I highly recommend this restaurant because my children also love it, as do I.

order one flavor but the scoop must have been so poorly cleaned that half of my ice cream was another flavor and some toppings got put into mine. waste of ice cream
