This is a fantastic place to visit on a hot day! Be prepared for a line on especially warm days, but it moves quickly, giving you the chance to browse through their extensive menu. There are so many flavors to choose from, including both icy treats and ice cream. Everything is delicious! One of my personal favorites is the medium-sized mix of half lemon-lime and half cherry ice. The prices are quite reasonable as well. The staff is mostly made up of high school seniors and young college students. They can occasionally be a bit distracted, but they remain polite and professional.

It’s creamy, packed with a delightful graham cracker flavor, and has the perfect level of sweetness for my taste!

When placing your order, be sure **not** to request a lid. Initially, I made that mistake and noticed I ended up with a much smaller portion of icy. The lids are flat, so if you want more of your icy treat, it's best to wait until after you receive it to ask for a lid. They have a fantastic selection of ices!

Customer service can be improved . When my partner and I initially walked to the counter staff gave us weird looks . They didn’t say “hey how are you can I take care of your order ?” They were texting in their phone and not inviting at all. Other costumers with lighter skin and eyes received better treatment
As summer is here Ralph's awakens your taste buds with shakes, smoothies, ice cream and other delicious snacks. So it's easy while traveling West bound on Union Turnpike and 265 th St.
Disappointed. The staff mixed up our order, and the ice desserts were melted and extremely overpriced. I think I'm finished with Ralph's for good.
Great place to get ice cream in the summer. Usually very busy in the summer months. Fast service and easy to find location
