I did not add a photo because I didn't take any. Ralph's is a multi sweet snack place. They have ice cream, a massive selection of ices, sundaes and shakes. If you like Italian ices, this is the place to go. If a group of you want ices and one wants ice cream, go here. The menu changes, I don't know by season or by choice but it's interesting. The citrus flavors are delicious. The non citrus is flavorful and fresh. The other items are good too. Tried a Nutty Buddy the other day, it was amazing. The employees are always polite and well infotmed. Go and enjoy, bring cash but an ATM is available. Seating is not available so grab some napkins.
The lines were extremely short and the prices were reasonable. I paid $4 even for a medium Italian ICE that was roughly 12-14 ounces filled to the top without any gaps of unused space. They really made sure you got your money's worth and at the time of day I went 3-4PM the line was only 1 person long so I was back on the road on my way home under 5Min.
My partner and I visited Ralph's Italian Ices for the first time this evening and had an amazing experience. The young woman who served us was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient—truly dedicated. She also recommended two fantastic flavors that we absolutely enjoyed. We will definitely be returning!
I absolutely love the ice here! It’s just a short walk from the NJ Transit station, making it an ideal place to refresh after a train ride. Plus, there’s a wide variety of flavors to pick from!

Blue Hawaiian ice baby! My favorite flavor! I used to go to the original Ralph’s Italian ice on Staten Island after having dinner at the original Deninos! So glad they both mad it to Matawan
I am very disappointed I went in there today and was clearly ignored and then the girl proceeded to disrespect me and give me dirty looks. I for sure will not be coming back.
Love the ices ... granddaughter loves Blue and I love the creamalatta ... my better half always gets some crazy frozen coffee drink with whipped cream and chocolate....
I am completely addicted to spumoni and cannoli taste ice cream! no exaggeration, I buy a quarter of each of these aromen at least once a week.
