I absolutely love Ralph's Italian Ices! The staff at this location is incredibly friendly and they allow you to sample flavors before you decide to buy. My top picks for sundaes are the apple cobbler and the hot fudge brownie – both are simply DELICIOUS! For my hot fudge brownie sundae, I like to substitute the soft serve for Mississippi mud hard ice cream. I find that hot fudge sundaes taste better with hard ice cream since soft serve tends to melt quickly when you add something hot on top. I also think their ices are far superior to Rita's! Ralph's is my absolute favorite.Hot tip this location is cash only! The ATM is currently broken. Disgusting. Chocolate ice cream was grainy, literally went from the window straight to the trash in the back. Asked for a cup to put ice cream in to bring home and they first said they don’t have cups/dishes, then when questioned they said they had water cups yet they sell hot fudge sundaes. No cards accepted but have an atm in the front that charges $3 which seems like a high fee given your product is ice cream. Rude staff, can easily see why the overall rating is low, wish I would have checked reviews first and then set my $20 on fire, would have been a better use.
I ordered black cherry ice cream, but instead, I was given black cherry ice. When I pointed out the mistake and asked if this was ice and not ice cream, the employee acknowledged that they were out of the ice cream I wanted. He didn't inform me about the shortage before handing me the ice, so I couldn't even change my order and ended up with something I didn't want. Additionally, my husband had to repeat his order twice because the same employee couldn't remember it. Just a heads up: the person I had this issue with had dark hair and blue eyes.

I got my first pint and it is absolutely delicious as a dessert snack. I am from Brooklyn and find this one a notch better than Louie G's.
The dish had a sour and grainy flavor, and its texture was quite unappealing. The ice felt old and left an unpleasant taste in our mouths.
