Ramen Lab - Réservation de table

Belle atmosphère avec de la musique mignonne et un personnel d'attente convivial. Beaucoup d'arrangements sociaux. Certains des plats sont assez traditionnels japonais afin que les saveurs puissent être plus étrangères aux convives occidentales. Par exemple, les Hakata classiques avaient un bouillon assez salé. La "vieille école" avec des nouilles de blé buck était un favori. Le thé est vraiment sympa, beaucoup potentiel d'être ici dans un endroit idéal sur la rue Beaufort.

Nice atmosphere with cute music and friendly wait staff. Lots of social seating arrangements. Some of the dishes are quite traditional Japanese so the flavors could be more foreign to western diners. For example the Classic Hakata had quite a salty broth. The "Old School" with buck wheat noodles was a favorite. Tea is really nice, much potential to be had here in a great location on Beaufort Street.

I think this Ramen Lab is the best Ramen shop in Perth,  I lived in Hakata and tasted a lot of Hakata traditional Ramen. Their broth is real one with no MSG I think, taste different every visit that means they make their own broth, honestly.  On the other Ramen shops in Perth most of them they use imported made broth so taste same for me. Also the amount of noodle is perfect for me.

Ramen était ok rien de spectaculaire. Le bouillon était un peu salé et épais. Ce n'était pas le Miso habituel basé sur moi aussi. Des portions était décente alors c'est un bonus. La préparation des aliments était rapide et la salle était propre. Été là maintenant mais probablement ne sera probablement pas de retour pour ramen.

vraiment authentique ramen japonais que j'ai récemment eu, ce qui appelait Umtra-Men- c'est assez lourd et savoureusement que je n'avais pas facile d'avoir la chance de faire l'occasion dans Perth-Bonne et gentil, et que je suis fiable hygénique, je pourrais revenir ici pour dîner avec mon Amis bientôt

really authentic Japanese Ramen i have had recently- which called Umtra-men- it's quite heavy and flavourly which i had not easy to get the chance in Perth- nice and kind staff and trusty hygenic- i might come back here for having dinner with my friends soon

Ramen was OK nothing spectacular. The broth was a bit salty and thick. It wasn't the usual miso based I'm used too. Serving was decent so that's a bonus. Food preparation was fast and venue was clean. Been there now but probably won't be back for ramen. Réservez une table maintenant

Dégustation de nouilles délicieuses chaudes de nouille de nouille très accommodant pour les enfants. Le personnel est charmant sera de retour à coup sûr !! Meilleur ici pour l'hiver nous aimons comme son confortable

Yummy warm broth noodle fresh tasting very accomodating for kids. Staff is lovely will be back for sure!! Best here for winter we love it as it's cosy
