Ramen Station - Réserver une table

This is arguably the worst ramen I have ever had. The broth was watered down. The noodles and the egg were overcooked. A true Japanese ramen would have a jammy egg and noodles would have a bounce but instead the egg was hard boiled and the noodles were soggy. I am incredibly disappointed, especially reading the other reviews comparing this ramen to ramen from Japan, this is nowhere near close to what it should be.
