For how busy this place usually is I really expected the food to be better. Everything was bland. I added not only salt but a lot of chili powder to my miso ramen and I STILL thought it lacked flavor. The gyoza was cooked well, but the filing was again just bland and devoid of any flavor besides plain unseasoned pork. The kimchi was somehow dry? And again, just bland. Maybe my expectations were too high coming from Japan. I may give this place another try and get a different item but the miso ramen, gyoza and kimchi all disappointed me on this visit. I left behind a full bowl of ramen, a plate of kimchi and half of the fried rice (which was decent. behind because I just didn?t want to eat it...
Service can be spotty, depending on who's working. Workers eat lunch in the same dining room while watching Korean drama. I understand if there's no staff lounge, it's a pretty small space they have. It just doesn't look professional at all. In the past I've had my plate practically thrown in front of me. It's been awhile since i came to this place because of that reason. Service this time was excellent. Portions are still great. Wonton ramen was mediocre. Bland and tasteless. Curry Katsu was fine. Meat to rice portions are off. Too much rice compare to the meat given. They still have free gyoza from 2-5p.
Very good food and price. I have a combo with sommen soup, mochiko chicken and gyoza. The Mochiko came with a large bowl of white rice and macaroni salad. This alone was enough for a meal. The size of a mini plate from the middle place. Chicken, rice and Mac salad were all great. Soup was very good. Wontons had very little meat, but beautiful slices of Char siu. Gyoza was good too. Because it was my companion in the afternoon and I got 4 gyoza each. Her cold noodle also looked very good. General toppings. We agreed we should go back there soon.
Food was really good and the portions are very generous. I ordered the Big Ramen bowl to replace the trunk with Udon noodles. There were about 12 tables in the restaurant and they have dinner or takeout. I took it and the food was ready in 10 minutes, which was really fast. They had amazing take-out shots and distributed everything so that I could make the court as I wanted when I came home. Réservez une table maintenant
Very fast service. Beautiful bar area to sit and watch the chefs. My husband and I chose combos, I chose Gyozo and he chose beef curry. Both were amazing. Ramen was good, but the only choice was shoyu. Good prices and decent collection. Many parking spaces are located in a new shopping street. Very clean. We're going back!
