A very cool, calm,rustic environment that is home to absolutely delicious, well thought out, and perfectly executed dishes that did not fail to impress! The ramen was undeniably outstanding and the sushi expertly prepared and wonderful. Service was outstanding. I have always been a huge fan of an owner that meets and engages with the guests! She's amazing, open, and very professional. Very clean and comfortable eatery in Peekskill. Gem status.

Entered this place and we were greeted immediately. The staff is very nice. We ordered the Korean fried chicken wings they were pretty good. The tonkotsu pork ramen was next and I was not really impressed. The broth was creamy however the egg was not marinated or soft boiled. The pork was not like a traditional chashu pork, the pieces given were quite thick. Overall it was not bad. Definitely not a top notch Ramen location.

Chelsea was very kind, informative and attentive! Lots of pork in my Tonkatsu Ramen, it was very good! Veggie Gyoza was very tasty (just wished they 'd give the 'steamed ' option). The Korean fried chicken mild was too sweet for me but my hubby ate it. Loved the ambience and wall art.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm ish and was served right away. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The food was really good!!! Ordered tofu tonkotsu ramen and spicy scallop sushi along with green tea ice cream. Certainly recommend !!! The bar is pretty stocked! Réservez une table maintenant

The redone place is very nice. The front area is very nice looking. They did a great job. But the back dining area looks unfinished. Not esthetically pleasing. The food and service are always excellent! And that ginger honey tea is to die for. I usually have 2 of them.

Atmosphere was nice, service was so so. They were out of a lot of beverages when I tried to order. Seems they expect reservations, but there were a lot of empty tables. Ordered a pork ramen dish and it was much fishier than I would have liked.

For me, Ramen cannot be done any better. The seaweed salad was natural and delicious. I felt like their food was fresh and well balanced. The people are great and the vibe is chill and relaxed. I HIGHLY recommend!

Really good food, nice atmosphere. Drinks could of been a little stronger. They didn't have a full bar yet. Just received their liquor license. Réservez une table maintenant
