Reading some of the reviews I am a stunned. We had a lovely evening there Saturday night. Enjoyed the first really great Paella. The service was excellent! The tables super clean. Everyone on the ball. The Manager (owner) delivered our food. Whenever we wanted something the server seemed to magically appear. It was even quite busy but everyone working were efficient. We were very impressed and would definitely return. In fact, we will make Ramos our 'go-to ' restaurant. Fair price, excellent food and service with a great location. Today March 24, 2022 we visit this great restaurant again on the same date as on the 2021 is my birthday: attention, service to the superior, the stakes. that you care unbeatable about all who attended us, let us get out of the hair and talk about the important thing: croquettes of cochinillo and apple, squid all very well, but the embroidered fish lubina to the unbeatable salt, the perfect desserts take a cheese cake with surprise and the applause of the whole dining room, come my wife and my daughter
Admittedly quite busy and unfortunately understaffed. They did their best to accommodate us but took some time to take are order. So not entirely their fault but a relatively shaky start. The food was quite good but then we found this visitor in the fried aubergine which didn't help. Wouldn't go back due to this oversight on their behalf and unsure of what else might be running around the kitchen and into the fryer.
We dropped in here for a couple of drinks late in the afternoon. It was pretty busy considering the COVID-19 situation but all the necessary precautions were being taken by the staff and guests. We have enjoyed drinks here for a number of years now and this visit did not disappoint, the staff are friendly and there is a good selection of beers, wines and spirits.
