He seemed in a hurry and stated he wanted a pizza, then got upset and vocal about itwhen he was told how long a pizza would take (people who know Chi Style pizza, know how long it takes...he apparently didn't).The guest was expecting something faster and was upset. But, your staff handled it amazingly. The same server that was helpingmy son and I was calm, and kind, and tried her best to be helpful to the upset guest. Best deep dish pizza, I've ever tried! It takes about 40 minutes for them to bring your pizza out, but definitely worth the wait... There's 3 different sizes to choose from, but a medium will suffice for two people. The deep dish has so much cheese andtomato sauce, that it will fill you up! And the tomato sauce, had very good mix of flavors. The crust is nicely toasted and it'snot overwhelming thick. It isn't a pretty big place, so it gets crowded fast. They also have these Thai peanut sauce chickenwings, that are amazingly flavorful ???? I literally thought that deep dish pizza was a gimmick. But my mother-in-law took me here for a surprise, and I absolutely love every bite. The salad was a great starter, large, and very flavorful then the flat pizza, which was for later, was very good,but I only had one slice, finally the deep dish pan pizza, it was absolutely phenomenal. I cannot rave on how good this pizzawas. This is very cliché, but this was the best pizza I?ve ever had. The crust was so soft and delicious, and it was more likea pie crust, very flaky rather than a traditional pizza crust.
Rance's Chicago Pizza is a fantastic place for genuine Chicago-style pizza! I love that they let you customize your pan pizza exactly how you want it. Also, the Peanut Butter Milk Stout I had was amazing—it honestly tasted like a peanut butter milkshake. The kids enjoyed the cheese thin crust pizza and couldn’t get enough of it! Our server was wonderful, stopping by often to make sure we were all set. I highly recommend this outstanding spot!

I finally found my favorite deep- dish pie outside of Chicago. Get the stuffed house special (see menu). Each slice is a meal! Appetizer was garlic cheese bread with red dipping sauce. Sodas served in real glasses for a good, fancier touch. Service was good. Order your pizza 45 minutes before you go!! It takes a long time to cook.
This restaurant definitely has the best Chicago style deep dish pizza. Do not forget to taste their famous wings of Rance with the Bourbon Maple Bacon sauce... You won't regret it! Your staff are very friendly and the shop is very clean (they have hand sanitation on every table). Come back!
We also tried the Thai peanut sauce chicken wings, and they were bursting with flavor. My friend and I shared six wings with the Thai sauce and a large pizza, all for about $50. I highly recommend this spot!
