I had one of the worst experiences with customer service at this restaurant. I placed an online order for pizza and wings, using a voucher that was advertised on their website. The coupon was accepted, and my order went through smoothly. However, just ten minutes later, I received a call from the store informing me that they could not honor the voucher. I pointed out that it was listed on their website, but the caller was quite rude, insisting that the order would cost an additional $10 for the wings. Was in the mall and figured I'd try the place out. Wish I would of read some of the reviews first, my fault. The pizza crust was tough and soo salty. Even saltier than you would expect from a pepperoni pizza. The toppings looked like they were thrown on with some slices having allot and others next to nothing. The wings were tough and tasted like they had been fried earlier then refried when we ordered. The wing sauce was good though. The loaded fries were good, cooked just right and not soggy. The garlic Knots had very little flavor and looked allot better than they tasted.

The pizza here is absolutely amazing!! The Pizza cheese to sauce ratio is what makes this place stand out. I also get the chicken cheesesteak all the time which i think goes perfect with the honey mustard. Last but not least this place offers an exceptional delivery service, i've ordered delivery over 30 times and 30/30 my food comes HOT. Overall this place is the BEST in HV and i will continue to be a frequent customer.

The food and service here are outstanding. My family and I have been dining here weekly for years—sometimes even twice a week because it's that good! Our experiences have always been nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend it!

I will never eat here again. The last time I went to pick up my pizza, I noticed that none of the employees handling the food were wearing gloves. They were preparing food with their bare hands, which I found quite concerning.

I love Randazzo's pizza. It's always consistently made and delicious. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. When we have delivery the drivers are always friendly and fast. Also the pizza reheats well the next day ;
