30 minutes late and no phone call. We ordered a big cake last night at 17:00 with their website. We planned the delivery for 6:30. I called at 6:45 and was told it was for delivery and should be there every minute. Delivery has arrived at 7:00. When I asked the driver why she was 30 minutes late, she said that she would ask Laura, the manager to give me a call. I haven't heard from here this morning. The sausage, mushroom, onion cake was very good, but not worth the 30-minute delay when there are other good places in the city.
Order a Sicilian pizza? Wait an hour to pick it up. Showed and said they didn't want to order this pizza and replace it with a regular pizza. I had to remind her of the price difference and had to wait 15 minutes. It's a shame because I'm trying to support local business, but the customer service was terrible. I would have ordered from another place, but this choice was not given until after my order was accepted and my card was charged.
We stop here every time my daughter has an appt in the hospital nearby. One hour from our house. We love love the cashier. She's always up on it! The food is great! Very clean! I let her know today that my daughter wanted this to be here where we eat for the birthday, but we had an app this week so that we stopped.... the checkout gave her a dessert. It made my heart happy and made my babies day!!! I recommend coming here
One of my favorite pizza spots in the area. I've had consistently good pizza and friendly service from all the locations I've been to, and this one is no different. Never had a bad experience here, ever. I'm very happy that this location is close to me. Do yourself a favor and check out their pizza, even if it's just a couple of slices. You won't regret it.
