A group of 8 of us went to this restaurant. Everyone received their meal except for my Fiancé. Our waitress took 15 minutes to come back and check on us after my Fiancé tried to get her attention for his missing meal. The waitress seemed unconcerned that we were waiting on his food, returning to the kitchen and then telling him it would be another 6-7 minutes. She offered him a free beer as an apology (which didn't seem genuine), but his meal still did not arrive after 20 minutes. I am updating this review to reflect a calmer perspective on my recent experience with delivery. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with my delivery order. One of the entrees was missing upon arrival, and the person I spoke to at the restaurant simply blamed the delivery driver without offering any resolution. Furthermore, I learned that the restaurant does not take steps to ensure correct orders are given to the drivers. It seems likely that the driver may have mistakenly taken one bag without realizing there was another. We brought a group of six people to this restaurant for a birthday dinner. The staff was friendly, but the service was extremely slow. Despite the lack of busyness, everything from taking our drink orders to receiving the drinks was delayed. We were only able to order and receive two drinks during the hour and a half we were there, from 6 to 7:30. The Toppling Burger with the Beast patty was delicious, however the NY strip was tough and the potatoes and Brussel sprouts were cold. The service at this restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. My husband's drink had a fly in it, which was very off-putting. Our server quickly resolved the issue, and she was great. However, the Potato croquettes we ordered were unevenly cooked, with some being cold in the middle. The food overall was hot but disappointingly lacking in flavor. I ordered the Wagyu beef steak, which was surprisingly bitter. The shrimp add-on was also a letdown, being both underwhelming and chewy. I ended up only eating the risotto portion of my $35 dish. I dine out frequently, but I have never witnessed such abuse from a manager (assistant general manager) towards their staff in front of customers. The manager, who appeared to be a bodybuilder, neglected the bar, leaving customers waiting, while constantly berating the bar staff. I was shocked by this behavior and believe the owners should address it. Other customers also noticed the situation, and both the wait staff and bar tenders seemed visibly upset. Despite the mistreatment, they remained composed and maintained a high level of professionalism.

We have visited this fantastic restaurant four times now. It is our favorite place to go. The food is excellent and there is no wait. They offer dairy-free options for those with dietary restrictions, and the wheelchair accessibility is easy. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a 5 out of 5 rating. I highly recommend trying the Range Burger and Grilled Salmon Augusta dishes.

The hamburger at Range was amazing. I also enjoyed a delicious wedge salad. The service was excellent. I definitely suggest trying the burger I had and I'm excited to try something different on my next visit. The creamy and frothy PEAR-TINI was absolutely amazing. It's indescribable how delicious and comforting it was to take a sip of this frothy pear-infused drink. It's the perfect choice for a fun night out with the guys.
