Rascal's Teriyaki Grill

Longtime customer. I used to love their Teri deluxe combo with the salad, but I found a fly in the salad. Low and behold another person had the same problem 7 months ago. It took two phone calls and coming back in to the store to get a full refund. No I don’t want a voucher for a free chicken salad that I just found a fly in but a full refund. Horrible customer service. The kids at the front are always nice and friendly but management get your act together

Best chinese chicken salad. I'm addicted so is all my friends! The fresh just cut green leaf lettuce cucumber and green onion and shredded chicken is a simple delight with the house made sesame dressing.Food: 5/5

I’m disappointed and disgusted I found a fly or some type of bug in my salad. I love Rascals but I will never eat here again .

Love, love, love their cheeseburger and crispy fries.Their chicken salad is always on point as well.

Best teriyaki in town, salad dressing is to die for. And all around great food, highly recommend.
