Waren an einem Freitagmittag im Ratscafé. Hatten ganz locker im Außenbereich Platz bekommen, ca. 15 Minuten später war der Außenbereich voll besetzt und Service bemühte sich schnell noch Zusatzplätze zu schaffen. Bestellungen wurden schnell aufgenommen und Getränke zeitnah serviert. Speisen brauchten eine Weile, was aber verständlich ist. Speisen waren gut gewürzt Schnitzel/ Pfifferlinge/ Bratkartoffeln) , leider war das Schnitzel auf sehr schlank geklopft sehr dünn) und die frischen Pfifferlinge waren etwas gering auf dem Teller vertreten. Das 2. Gericht Nudeln mit Lachs Spinat war wohl lecker. Service war ständig unterwegs und hatte wohl alles gut im Griff.
The café/restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere in old walls. Unfortunately, the place was somewhat cramped. In addition, the service was overwhelmed so we had to wait long before our food order was received. The food itself was tastefully good but not very lush. In return, prices are very high for the quantity. 7.10 Euro for a meat tomato with less than 50gr Mozzarella and some green salad in the middle are quite a lot. So whoever seeks a nice ambience and doesn't pay attention to the valley is well-resolved here.
Once and never again! The numerous service is friendly and nice, but totally unorganized. One has the impression that there are no assigned areas. Each one flashed from one table to another across the entire cafe. After a three-quarter hour waiting time, someone came to say that our selected cake is out. That was the same for other people. After a plentiful hour we went and found a fast and friendly service at the Cafe Wttig on the upper market. Here again!!!
Rechtherzlichen Dank an das tolle Team.... Aus einer gemütlichen Café runde,ein Notfall geworden... Das tolle Team hat sehr toll,ruhig( obwohl das Café voll war) an unsere Seite gestanden, bis der Rettungsdienst kam. Leute geht dort einen Café trinken... Wunderschönes Café.. .. Preise top... Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen... Macht weiter so,ein tolles Team

Das Ratskaffee ist einmalig. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr lieb und höflich. Das ganze drum und dran super und auch die Küche ist perfekt. Wir wünschen euch noch viele liebe Gäste und ein schönes ruhiges Weihnachtsfest Heike u. Frank aus Berlin

We were there for the first time and very impressed by the friendliness of service, ambience and food. If we're back in Görlitz, we're gonna go back to the council cafe.
Man bekommt immer einen Platz mit ein wenig Wartezeit und wird hervorragend bedient dort.Kann ich sehr weiter empfehlen.
