Wir haben den Ratskeller in Pößneck heute zum ersten Mal besucht und können nur sagen, wir sind vollkommen begeistert! Eine sehr angenehme und ansprechende Atmosphäre, sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiterinnen, eine ausgezeichnete Speisekarte und wirklich sehr schmackhaftes Essen! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Platz direkt in der Fensterlaibung mit einem herrlichen Blick nach draußen und haben den Aufenthalt im Ratskeller wirklich genossen. Wir können ihn nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
Heute, Sonntag, waren wir zu 4. essen. Die Gerichte waren sehr gut, dafür war der Service sehr schlecht. Getränke werden einzeln in der Hand zum Tisch getragen, kein freundliches Wort, genervt wird nach dem Essen gefragt, und der Abschluss des ganzen, trotz ordentlichem Trinkgeld kein einziger Dank oder ein freundlicher Gruß. Das Geld wurde genommen und zack.... weg war sie!!! Unmöglich!!! Das macht eine gute Speise u einen Sonntagsausflug kaputt. Wir kommen nicht wieder!!!

Der Ratskeller ist seid Jahren für mich ein Ankerpunkt für regionale Küche. Der Service sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war sehr gut und Preis-Leistung stimmt.
