we were eaten on 25.12.22 in the rat cellar, it was immediately disappointed for us. no tables covered, places were reserved, but too little. operation unfriendly. we had to wait long for the drinks. the service is left. Food is not accepted properly and partially incorrectly accepted. that was okay. then the hammer came. when we wanted to pay, I said the whole bill at 2. auweia there I must see if I get it. was the answer. What's wrong with this place? We're not going there anymore.

30 minutes ago, I was in the Ratskeller with my fiancée, where we actually wanted to eat together. bratkartoffeln were out although they were on the chalkboard in front of the entrance. tablecloth end dirty and only after 3 times ask changed. eating camem 10min separated from each other at 2 people! What should I say we are very disappointed our Christmas dinner was reserved for 6 people. The tables were all awarded after 15 minutes, they led us to a table...Juhuu was happy!!!! Squeeze 2 hours waiting for our food (which was only warm then)... Beverages have always been brought upon request. Very bad service and not by Ketchup... we're not coming back.
