Ratskeller Freiberg

Had a great meal at Ratskeller of venison with fresh Freiberger draft. Service was good, they provided us with English menus, and the food was top notch. Not sure if or when I’d ever find myself back in Freiberg, but if I were, this is...the first place I would visit. Colleagues enjoyed schnitzel.

Good food, good service, good location. What more could you want? We enjoyed the stickers on the plates (nice touch), too! The nice thing is that we can get into this restaurant with our Aunt who is in a wheelchair. That's not always easy.

This restaurant is well worth a visit. The choice of dishes is wide and varied with plenty of opportunity to try local delicacies. We had the Spargel Karte as it is asparagus season!

It is a typical German restaurant. I've been on the first floor for lunch with colleagues and everything was ok. We tasted vegetarian dishes and original German beer.

I had fish fillet and it was great! The inside environment is excellent. Hope to visit next tome to enjoy the food again.
