Raw Juce Aventura - Réservation de table

I waited almost 30 minutes for two bowls. Four customers came after me and left with their orders, and several pick-up orders were packed while I waited in the store while I was sitting in front of the counter. I really try not to leave any bad reviews as I try to solve problems in the house, but I was exhausted this morning, so unfortunately I resorted to it. 10ish min in I noticed that a few people have come and have gone. I think mine's coming. 15ish min in no activity. A guy works on app orders. A girl refilled the items in the front refrigerator. And I realize that the guy who took my order is on his phone. 20ish min in I asked about my bowls, they were looking for my order, said nothin...

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant. The woman who attended to me in the evening, who I believe is the manager, had a very unprofessional attitude. I wish I had caught her name. As a regular customer, I brought up a few issues I had with my orders, and her response was dismissive: "now come on." It was really rude! To make matters worse, she didn’t even apologize for not fulfilling my order!

My go to ! I would recommend the vanilla bean protein smoothie if you like fraps! For a good snack I would definitely also recommend the caramel pecan brownie if you have a sweet tooth! I’ve been here a couple times and even got delivery!Please support me by following me on Instagram: vlakyai

The food is delicious and made with raw organic ingredients. Michelle, who works at the Aventura location, is such a lovely person and always brings a positive vibe! She's truly the best! I love their smoothies and salad bowl! I usually order online and when I get there the food is ready in the fridge, they are very quick on top of being all very nice and welcoming!

Absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh! I'm hooked on their cashew dressing. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the staff is very courteous. I've become a weekly regular!
