I can highly recommend Ray's Catering. Without a doubt the best I have ever used, My husband passed unexpectedly in January of 2020, I scheduled a memorial service for him twice which was canceled due to covid. On Aug 1, we had a tribute for him at the Shennecosset Yacht club in Groton with 85 people. The tables were oval shaped and Ray had table cloths made to fit them. He is an honest man, with excellent food, and made an incredible effort to make everything perfect. This is the kind of family owned business that makes America great. Ray and his team are absolutely fantastic. The guests at my wedding couldn't stop talking about how tasty the food was and how attentive the staff were. Ray personally helped me with table and venue arrangements, even though it wasn't required of him. He truly went above and beyond to assist with planning my wedding. The leftovers were enough to last me a week, saving me from having to cook dinner. This family-run business is incredible and I will definitely be using them for all my catering needs in the future.
Ray catered my daughters wedding in Groton CT. From start to finish, Rays and his team were amazing. They helped with everything and anything we needed. The food was amazing and everyone was commenting on how good it was. The appetizer display was beautiful. The dinner was fantastic. Their service to set up everything and break down everything was so helpful and it was done quickly. Thank you to the team for helping make our event a success.

A heartfelt thank you to Ray, Sharon, and their team at Ray's for delivering outstanding food and service today. We hosted a baby shower, and everything ran perfectly, making sure every guest was satisfied. It was truly special to reunite with family and friends, and Ray's diverse menu made it simple for us to relax and enjoy the celebration without any food concerns.
The man really exceeded expectations for my bridal shower. Despite it being Memorial Day weekend, he delivered food from over an hour away and arrived on time with the food still warm and delicious. My guests couldn't stop talking about how tasty the food was. I ended up ordering more food than needed, but there were no leftovers since guests took plates home.
Thanks to Ray and Sharon and their staff for the great food and service they provided today. We had a baby shower and everything went well and nobody went home hungry. We are happy to be able to see family and friends once again and Rays Catering took the burden of feeding them out of our hands and allowed us to enjoy just being together.
My work used Ray's to cater our Thanksgiving lunch. First time in 5 years, I didn't hear any complaints about the food served. I think that's the highest form of complement they could get from us. We are currently organizing Christmas day lunch through them as well.Easy to work with. Prompt with replies. Great food. ??

Ray’s catering is excellent, they catered our wedding, food was delicious. Staff very attentive and friendly, they made sure everything ran smoothly and in a timely manner. Strongly recommend them for any event, LOVE Ray’s wife??
