Finally, a Mexican place with dishes just as good as my mother's. You know, generous with that enchilada sauce and cheese on everything. Just let go of your fat and calorie obsession and indulge in the flavors of your past when you didn't have to care so much about your health. You deserve it every so often. Small and personable with lots of others enjoying it too. The price is right, especially for lunch. Lunch smaller servings are still generous enough. Kid-friendliness: You can feel comfortable bringing kids or folks with special needs.
Great phone order experience and food really hot the spot. Called in advance for a carnitas burrito to go. Order was smooth and friendly. Food was ready when they promised and the flavors were there. I have had better carnitas and the salsa was way too mild for me, but it hit the spot and was was big enough for left overs. With the dining room open, I will stop by to dine in so I can give a full review, but for this take out experience, it was really pretty good.
I absolutely love this place! I visited 30 years ago, and it still offers fantastic Mexican food. The enchilada I had was cooked to perfection; I can’t stand it when the cheese isn’t melted. Their chips and salsa are amazing too, which really speaks to the quality of their food. Plus, the service is outstanding!

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately, the food didn’t meet my expectations this time. The beans seemed like they were straight from a can, and the potato tacos lacked any seasoning. They were quite bland. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.
This restaurant may be small, but the food is fantastic! My favorite dish is the Cheese Enchiladas dinner plate, served with rice and beans. I prefer to drink lemonade instead of soda, and I always get a glass of ice water as well.
This has been my favorite restaurant since I was a child. I live on the opposite side of the country now, and I would still travel all the way back JUST for their food. Cannot rave about this place enough.
The food is excellent. The Burrito Del Mar is my favorite thing on the menu but nothing ever disappoints. Try The House cake... its Summer Delight Cake and OMG!.. INCOMPARABLE

The shredded beef tacos are excellent, and the beans and rice plate is delicious as well. I always enjoy coming here when I'm in the area. The service is friendly and quick!
Good food and decent prices. Portions are good too for what you pay.
