The food was really good! A few mistakes were made but no issues that a typical human being doesn 't make. LOVED the homemade noodle appetizers! I enjoyed it with some duck sauce and mustard! The spring rolls were phenomenal and and miso and sushi were to die for! My only issue is that it seems like they 're breaking when it 's not busy which is great! But...we were waiting for our check for about 15 minutes and had to go to the counter to pay which worked out.. also...for some reason the Tokyo roll made my boyfriend very nauseous. It made me a little nauseous too but I just thought it was a texture thing. Otherwise, I absolutely love this place and the people here are so kind and do amazing...
I was recently deceived by this restaurant that delivers to my location in Troy on 2nd Ave. I called to place an order tonight and they insisted that I pay with a card. When I agreed, they then asked for a tip. I said $2, but the girl on the phone told me that they wouldn't deliver if I didn't tip. I realized then that they only wanted credit card payments for the tip. This experience showed me how some businesses feel entitled to American dollars. I will not support them again.
I ordered the crispy hot and spicy chicken, but the chicken pieces were overcooked and lacked any real flavor. The only taste came from the hot peppers in the dish. It was served with white rice, but I had requested vegetable fried rice, which turned out to be plain white rice with just a few pieces of broccoli, carrots, and onions. There were hardly any vegetables in it, and overall, the dish had no flavor.
The food is good, but the service is terrible. I ordered delivery, and the delivery girl seemed so frightened that she wouldn't even get out of her car to hand me my food. She just stared at me and drove off. I had to call her back. Maybe the service inside the restaurant is better, but the delivery experience was not great.

I always choose this restaurant for sushi or any Asian cuisine. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. While the prices are not the lowest, the food is fantastic and the staff is friendly. If you're in Troy, be sure to give this place a try.
I think it is easy to overlook Red And Blue given it's location and outside appearance. With that said, I have had solid Chinese food every time I have gotten takeout. I would recommend the General Tso's chicken and the sushi personally.

I experienced stale-tasting food on two occasions, likely because I ordered close to closing time, suggesting it may have been microwaved. However, overall, the dining experience was decent.

Great tasting Chinese food at a very affordable price! The restaurant had my food ready for me by the time I got there to pick it up. Will be definitely coming back!
