Red Cypress Brewery

Started with what I anticipated would be my favorite... the award-winning amber. It was great. Then I moved on to the milk stout, which (dare I say) might have been better. Finished off with the imperial mocha, which truly surprised and amazed me. Loved the staff, and the facility looked great. Needs a few more TVs, but I will absolutely be back! Highly, highly recommended!

We recently had an event in the brewery. Ashlan and the brewery were as friendly as possible. They made the night fantastic for our family and friends. In addition, the service levels and drinks that were served were wonderful. We recommend meeting this facility as a place and have a great time. Thanks to Ashlan and the Red Cypress. You're great!

Ive never had a bad time at this brewery. It's absolutely fantastic. The facilities are clean. You can view the production process. Staff is warm and knowledgeable. The beer is of award deserving (and winning) quality. My only gripe is that we don't have one in Winter Park. It's a first class drinking experience.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday to meet up with a friend after work and had such a nice experience. Staff was very friendly and helped guide our choices of beer. Overall very nice place, and a good meetup spot for friends to catch up in a casual atmosphere. Will be back again!!

The beers here are killers and the staff is even better. Came down from Maine and was treated like a local, I can't praise this place enough.
