At first, I vacuum sealed them while they were still packaged, but last time I tried removing the packaging before sealing to see which method was better. While the taste remains the same (as fresh as the day I received them), I found that sealing them while still packaged is definitely the way to go. Without that extra layer of air, the vacuum sealer squishes them quite a bit, but the small amount of air sealed in doesn’t affect freshness or flavor at all.

Absolutely the best bakery goods I've ever had. We are in NW FL and there are plenty of small bakeries here, but none like this. The ingredients are all wholesome, nothing fake or impossible to pronounce. Just the same stuff you'd use to make treats at home. (Except even better and even more delicious! We hear such bad stuff about ultra processed foods, but even though these are packaged and shipped like other, less wholesome treats, these goodies are not ultra processed. They are made in a home style bakery with real, quality ingredients, and it really shows. I've had their cookies, zebra bars, German chocolate bars, Brownies, a Raspberry jam bar, and a few others and they are all delicious...

What a treat! On a whim, I bought a Red Door Bakery Strawberry Rhubarb pie while at S. Burlington Hannaford when I was in VT for the eclipse. It was a day and a half by the time I returned home to MD and had a slice. Wow!In addition to the perfect tart-sweet filling, I was flabbergasted by the magnificent crust! The texture reminded me of puff pastry. Even after days in a car, it wasn’t soggy or dry.I’m so happy I found your pie at that Hannaford!

When I was a little boy in the 50s and 60s my mother would buy Betty Crocker's Date Bar mix at the grocery store. I LOVED it. Your date bar is the closest I have found in 50 years and I reallly enjoy them. I just wish you sold it as a box mix so I could make them myself! Thank you for reminding me of such good childhood memories. Brian
The peanut butter zebra bar is exceptional. It strikes the perfect balance between sweetness, chocolate, and a hint of peanut butter. It's not overpowering at all, just truly delicious.

I just tried Red Door Bakery Triple Berry Pie. It was amazing! Flaky buttery crust with delicious berry filling! So delicious!!
