Red Door Woodfired Grill Lee's Summit

I am disappointed that the happy hour of the red door is not as wonderful as it was before! my blue cheeseburger was average, nothing was out. I was surprised to see that the koleslaw was a 1 oz service. who eats a bowl of coleslaw? I should have ordered the pommes that would have been more complete. probably not return to many large restaurants in kc, which are comparable in price with better food and better size servings.

Food was good although the Wedge salad topped with grilled chicken was too small for a meal. I know that now. Didn’t get asked about the loyalty program and forgot about it myself until now and got the slowest server in the place (nice tho) who was super slow (but nice) the last time I went. Love the place and will be back but y’all have some training opportunities: service standards and loyalty program.

we had reservations, so don't wait as soon as we arrived. our waitress and drinks were in 5 minutes on the table. the food was hot and fresh. prime rib was good, not great- especially for the price, but every time we come here, eating is consistently very good!
