Both of the service and the food were a comfort. Warm and friendly. The atmosphere on the patio, (heated relaxing after a week of assorted Mardi Gras Chaoticness ... I went meatless being Ash Wednesday, ordering the Eggplant Parmesan. Crisply battered on the outside, in a delicious pool of red sauce and melted cheese. The Ginger Italian soda was also a treat for a non drinker (think virgin Moscow mule. My dining companion raved over the tenderness of her chicken Parm and the house Pinot Grisio. Food is amazing. Very authentic Italian, very much NOT New Orleans Italian, so if that's what you're looking for, go elsewhere. Get the extra meatball. I don't care what you ordered, get the extra meatball. Cocktails were expertly crafted. Service was spot on. We got there early so it was nice and quiet, it did get louder as more parties arrived but we never struggled to hear each other. First time at Red Gravy, will not be our last. Stop reading this and go order that extra meatball.

The cost was higher than expected for the quality of the food. We felt that we could have enjoyed a much better meal for the same price at a different restaurant. The food was decent, but I don't think it was worth the amount we paid.

The restaurant has a warm and relaxed environment, and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff is very helpful and will provide excellent recommendations. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience. Réservez une table maintenant

It was a little overpriced for what we received. For what we spent, we would have had a really good meal somewhere else. Food was fine, but I don't think it was worth the price.

We had friends in town from California… Love red gravy… Only request is it has more salad and vegetable options to go along with the fabulous prima and secunda entrees
