The lighting in the restaurant is quite dim, so if you're visiting with grandparents who might have trouble seeing, be sure to guide them to a seat where there's a bit more light. Our server, Brooke, was exceptionally friendly, kind, and attentive! If she’s your server, you can expect a wonderful dining experience with excellent service. Red Lobster's weekday specials are truly their best-kept secret. I visited on a Monday to check out the endless shrimp deal, and I was not disappointed. There was an abundance of delicious shrimp, accompanied by your choice of sides, along with the ever-tasty biscuits. It was definitely worth it! With fewer customers on a weekday, the staff seemed less rushed and had the time and energy to provide exceptional service. They were all fantastic. We’ve been ordering takeout from this location for the past month, making a total of four orders. Except for one hiccup, everything has been great, and the management addressed that issue for us. We usually go for the shrimp linguine Alfredo family meal because it offers fantastic value. I tried the wagyu burger, and while the first time it was overcooked with subpar veggies, I decided to give it another shot, and it was delicious on the second try. Today, I had the cod sandwich, and it was also excellent! The sandwich features a large piece of fish, and the bun is crispy and buttery. The staff member who delivered our order was very friendly, adding to the positive experience.
I want to start by praising our waitress, Olga, who was wonderful! We were celebrating a birthday lunch with family when a ceiling tile unexpectedly fell and drenched us in water. Several family members ended up soaked, and we had to switch tables. It took more than 30 minutes for someone to come and clean up the mess, and a couple at a nearby table mentioned that this had happened before. The manager seemed hesitant to address the issue or offer help to those who got wet. It's clear that they need to check and fix their roof, as this could have caused serious injury if someone had been sitting directly beneath it.

I recently dined at Aurora and had a great experience. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was dimly lit, so I would caution those with poor vision to be careful when navigating to their table. Our server, Brooke, was incredibly attentive and constantly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. She was great at accommodating customized orders and our food was delicious. My Kung-Pao Shrimp was particularly tasty and the portion was generous. The fried Brussel sprouts were also a standout dish. Overall, I had a great meal with excellent service from Brooke.
I understand that lobster prices have gone up because of inflation, but charging nearly $20 for just one claw seems excessive. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive any cheddar biscuits with my takeout order, even though I only got some mushrooms and half an order of crab legs! I spent $30, and they couldn't even provide two biscuits. Definitely not worth it—save your money and cook at home instead!

The food was great, my company was fabulous, the restaurant was freezing cold. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
