Red Lobster - Réserver une table

Unfortunately, restaurants like this have just gone downhill each year, and it has gotten worse since COVID. There just seems to be no such thing as customer service. Or even trying to put out a quality product period the kitchen seem to take forever. The food runners had no idea which table. They were supposed to take food to and once you got it, it was lukewarm at best and didn't taste good. We did talk to the management. And they said they are trying some new processes. But they are completely missing the mark. For how much money they expect you to pay for their food and service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The endless shrimp was delicious. Loved the new TEQUILA LIME the addition of popcorn shrimp. The coconut shrimp are still our favorite the Shrimp Scampi in garlic butter are yummy. Our server ASHTON did such an amazing job!! He was attentive and friendly. Join their rewards program we got a FREE CHEESECAKE for my birthday!!

Food was good, just not great. Probably wont go to Red Lobster for a few more years. INSTEAD, i like to get a bunch of lobster tails and serve up 4 per person making a meal of it. And 3 people cost 160 buks with tip. So its allot cheaper too.

Our waiter was very kind, respectful and attentive all the while handling other tables. The young gentleman even shook my husband's hand when we got ready to leave. That's the kind of service you cannot teach.

Food was amazing. The waiter Amanda seemed a little rude. Had to wait 30 minutes before our biscuits were brought to us. Didn’t get the tequila sauce with the shrimp had to ask a different waiter.
