I ordered a whole lobster to go from this restaurant. It's reassuring to know that the food is fresh, as they take the lobster directly from the fish tank. Like many restaurants during the pandemic, they sometimes struggle with lack of indoor dining, leading to issues with takeout and staffing. This can sometimes result in small problems like missing condiments. Despite these occasional issues, I eat here three times a week. While receiving ketchup instead of cocktail sauce with a shrimp feast can be disappointing, the food is always cooked well. The manager, Shelia, has been there for decades and is always quick to address any concerns you may have.
This Red Lobster has seriously seen its better days. Everything was a disappointment. Someone attempted to steal a catalytic converter in the parking lot when we first arrived. The service was sub par and the food was just as bad. My daughter asked forher steak to be cooked medium and they brought out shoe leather. By the time it was cooked again everyone was finished withdinner with their leftovers packed up. My shrimp were overcooked and my portion seemd short. I understand that Red Lobster isn't5star dining, but dang!
We were looking for something we have not had in a good long while, and though I once worked at Red Lobsters in the past it has been atleast 6 years since I have been to one. Lacey and I were very hungry and sadly the biscuit are tasty. I got a flounder sandwich with some Brussels sprouts and she got popcorn shrimp with broccoli and mashed. We both thought the meal was good and the server princess was excellent. We had a very enjoyable lunch and would go again.
Best day in a long time.....parents surprised us by traveling her to Memphis. Dad takes us out to eat at Red Lobster....unbelievable because he would normally be working on the weekends. We enjoyed some crab sticks, steamed broccoli, baked potato, veggies, salmon, shrimp, etc. Service was wonderful but I really dislike the dimmed lighting of the place. The appetizers were delightful an really enough for me ?

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The endless shrimp option is one of my favorites, and I also tried a dish that was not on the menu - grilled chicken over a bed of rice with a loaded baked potato. The dinner was delicious and the service was excellent! I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again and again.
We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. Our server, KAT, was exceptional and went above and beyond to make recommendations that we ended up loving, even though they weren't on the menu. Our experience dining here was the highlight of our vacation in Nebraska.
The salmon n rice was cooked perfectly n the beans crispy but my lobster bisque was too salty n the coleslaw was sourish...hopefully my next visit would get me better food. The waitress is nice n patient n helpful! TQ such nice staff!

Fast service. Went during the week for lunch. The food was fresh and hot. I took away a star because I waited for almost 10 minutes for the hostess or anyone to greet and seat me.
Our food was good. Red Lobster is my favorite restaurant and this one didn't disappoint. Our server was great also.
