Red Lobster - Réserver une table

Haven't been to the location in a long time but we thought we would give it another try. We went in on a Saturday night, expecting there to be a wait, especially because of Mother's Day weekend. My Mom and I waited about 15 minutes to be sat, but another 20 minutes at the table before our waitress even acknowledged us. Then we waited another 10 minutes before she greeted us and took our order. We ordered everything as soon as she greeted us. As we were looking around, 80% of the tables were empty. Seemed strange for a Saturday night. I understand everywhere is short staffed right now, but why seat us if the waitress isn't ready? The manager in training was more attentive to us than our waitress. The food was delicious and we ordered two slices of pie to go. We were not a fan of the lemon cake, and the portion was very small. We love Red Lobster but we will not be back to this location.

First of all, I'm not one who complains, at least not often. I've been a customer with red lobster for many years and love the food. With that? The sky sat us, she was not welcome and had bad eye contact when she greeted my daughters and me. On the way out, she didn't ask us how the food was and didn't invite us to come back. Miguel was our waiter, he forgot to bring us our cookies. Was minimal in intervention, only checked for us after dinner. Overall poor waiter service. I hope management will correct this problem. I'm disappointed.

I like red lobsters! It is a quiet place where you can have a good time with your family. You have good drinks and the food is very good. The only thing I don't like is that the dish I ordered had too much butter and I felt it was very salty. I didn't really enjoy the food. I ordered a plate with shrimp, lobster and salmon. accompanied by rice and potatoes. it was bathed in butter, which I could not enjoy the taste of the dish. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend the restaurant:

Shout out to the host who helped me today, I forget to get her name. She took my to go order, was really friendly and pleasant to speak to. My order was ready in about 10mins, I just waited at the front seating area. If you're a fan of lobster, try this place as they have fresh lobster. I noticed the lobster tank right when I walked in and ordered two of their lobster appetizers. The complimentary cheddar bay biscuits was amazing. ?
