I went to Red Lobster since I was a little girl, so I was so excited to treat my 66 Y/o grandma here for my birthday. Your wish, your favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. We had a table of 7 so I expected a waiting time, but not half an hour for our food to come PLUS our cold. Two of my family members got the wrong food. Two other foods came out completely cold. I canceled my daughters food because her child needed macaroni and cheese an hour to get out. The kitchen staff was extremely loud. I could get the brass music and the bumblebees from my table. We even asked about the manager and she even did nothing to help. I only have two words for this institution DO...
The service at this restaurant was slow, but our server was friendly and helpful when we could find her. The food was typically good, except for the broccoli which was overly oily instead of steamed as usual. We had to clean the oil off with a napkin, but it was still too greasy to eat. Another couple got tired of waiting to place their order and ended up leaving. Overall, this location is not ideal if you are looking for prompt service. It seemed like there may have been staffing issues during our visit. Additionally, we had to request that our table be cleaned when we first sat down, but instead of cleaning it, the staff moved us to another table without explanation.
This was my first time going to Red Lobster. My friend and I ordered the Create Your Own specials. It ended up being $64 tip. The food was great. I think my favorites from the meal were the cheddar Bay biscuits and the golden fried white fish strips (although VERY THINLY SLICED) were cooked perfectly. It was like they took 1 fillet, halved it for later use, then sliced that 3 times. You can see in my photo (by the spicy green beans). He got salmon scallops which he said were good. We'll definitely go back. There's quite a few items we'd like to try!
I hadn't been to this restaurant in years due to the poor service, but I decided to give it another try since I had a gift card. To my surprise, the waiter was very friendly (and cute) and the lobster I ordered was quite good. This visit was definitely a positive change from my past experiences. Réservez une table maintenant
I have much to say about this restaurant. I was surprised to see it here, as it looks a bit worn down and has clearly been through some tough times. But who hasn't? What truly matters is the experience. The staff at the restaurant is outstanding and the meal is always delicious.
I wasn't here In years because of the terrible service, but I was in the area and had a gift card, so I decided to give them another chance. My waiter was very nice (and cute? and my lobster was pretty good. So I can say that this visit was not like the experiences of the past.
I have a lot to say about this place, surprised that its even Here. Sure it's a little rough around the edges and looks like the place has been going through some things.. but aren't we all? The important stuff. Restaurant staff is amazing and every time it's a great meal
There server was the absolute best, very kind and attentive! The food in the other hand wasn't how I ordered it, my steak was extremely to pink for me and my coconut shrimp was burnt and so we're the briskets,I wasn't thrilled with the food we received Réservez une table maintenant
