Our server was the worst I've ever encountered; she forgot to bring utensils, neglected our drinks, and then seemed to disappear completely for the rest of our meal. Our food took an eternity to arrive, and the appetizers never made it to our table because she didn’t even place the order. I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday while traveling, and sadly, the experience was quite disappointing. The service was slow, likely because they were understaffed, and my order was completely wrong. The food was alright, not what I would have expected for the price point. The biscuits were great as always. I 'm currently bulking so I tried to maximize the cost for the amount of food I would get. It was pretty standard shrimp and scallops but notworth 36 dollars. Our server was okay, she seemed a little forgetful and forgot multiple things throughout the meal. On the evening of April 5th, my boyfriend and I felt ignored while other guests were being served promptly. A group of six that was seated right after us received their appetizers before we even got water at our table. We waited at least 20 minutes before anyone from the waitstaff acknowledged us. It wasn’t that they were busy; at one point, our waitress spent over 10 minutes chatting with the couple behind us about her experiences as a veteran, sharing details about her weight of 165 pounds and her height of 5'3", among other topics. It was clear she had plenty of time to attend to us, but chose not to.
I had to wait for quite some time to be seated since no one was available. Eventually, a waitress came and showed me to my table. The food was decent; I ordered the double lobster tail with broccoli and a baked potato topped with lobster sauce. Unfortunately, the lobster wasn’t fully cleaned, and the potato was undercooked, plus there was very little lobster sauce on top. On the positive side, the food arrived promptly, and the waitress was attentive, checking in after I received my order to make sure everything was satisfactory.
I visited this location with my parents to enjoy some quality time together. We came on a weekday to try the all-you-can-eat shrimp. I began with the fried shrimp and the scampi, and both dishes were cooked to perfection! The shrimp were plump and juicy. Our server had only been there for four days and needed assistance a couple of times, but she was patient with us and always eager to find the answers we needed. She was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal.
We chose the wrong day to dine out on Valentine's Day. We ended up waiting for over an hour and a half and had a disagreement with the front staff. I spoke with the manager in training and then her supervisor. I have to say that everything was handled with great professionalism. In the end, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. I wish I could remember the name of the manager in training; if she happens to read this, I wish her all the best in her future endeavors!

The service was quite disorganized. The waitress and manager passed by our dirty plates multiple times while chatting with us, yet they never cleared them away. I had to ask four times for ranch dressing and five times for a drink refill. Meanwhile, the group behind us was being attended to constantly. I haven't visited this place in a long time, and now I remember why. I'm very disappointed.
