Red Lobster - Réserver une table

Today was the second time within 2 weeks my family and I tried to go to Red Lobster in North Little Rock to eat and the wait time was simply ridiculous. Both times the restaurant was not busy and first time we asked to be seated for 5 and the server walked away and did not come back so we left. There was no one there and it was during the day. The second time, we went on a Saturday during the day and there were customers waiting outside so I knew it would be a wait (there's a wait no matter what, it seems). When I asked for seating I was told it was going to be at least an hour (or more). Ya'll, it was NOT that busy in there. This area is busiest during the night and I honestly do not unders...

Food was mediocre at best also waited 45 minutes just for the food they forgot my second cluster of crab legs spent 3 hours here just for what I thought was going to be a one hour meal. Waiter came by every 15 minutes and was kinda disrespectful to me and my father.DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you come here be sure you aren't going to be in a rush because it will take a LONG TIME. Hopes this helps! But I just can't take the disrespect and all that not trying to bash too much though.

Our server, Riley, was exceptional. We arrived around 9:30pm and she greeted us warmly. Riley was well-informed about the specials and demonstrated a strong sense of pride in her work by knowing the ingredients of various dishes when questioned. Throughout our meal, Riley was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Overall, we were greatly impressed by Riley. Her service was outstanding and we truly wish our own employees were as motivated and impressive as she is.

I ordered steak and lobster. All they gave me to eat the steak with was a fork. I had to find someone to bring me a knife. when I finally got to eat it I couldnot chew it because it was so tuff. I sent it back for refund. they said if I wanted a tender one to order fillet. the steak was sirloin.Waitress never ask what we wanted to drink she gave us water.

Definitely recommend this restaurant Great service If You Ever get to make it ask for the server Zae he was great got us everything we needed friendly great spirit good vibes had a very good experience and it was my first time eating red lobster and I will definitely be returning

We had a great experience with the endless shrimp at the restaurant tonight. We enjoyed the coconut shrimp scampi and were only able to have 3 refills because it was so delicious. Our glasses were always full of sweet tea and water, and the waitress was very friendly.

2 hour wait to set 1.5 hour wait until food Left the actual mothers food off order Needs a manager that understands rotation of tables and waitresses. Won't be back and after listening to the customers around us it sounds like about 509 others won't be back either.

Food was good but the employee was a total D--k. Customer are saying it was so cold they could not enjoy their food and you could here him across the restaurant calling customers babies. I will never visit this location again. Absolutely rudest guy ever

The pina colada with strawberry was fantastic. The coconut shrimp was excellent as always. The lobster was overcooked and tough. The steak was delicious, as were the bacon-wrapped scallops.

We always look forward to the biscuits, we did not get them on our order. You don't get the quality of food when being delivered. I will not order online again.
