Red Lobster - Réservation de table

Me and my husband went on 02/26/2022 to have a nice dinner after a long week of work. Yes about 7 pm at night kinda packed 30 minute wait no problem? But once we were at our table we were greeted asked about drinks and were given biscuits the usual. Things change for us as customers when we placed our orders and other customers came after us and placed their orders after us also, basically we’re a black couple that came to this establishment to enjoy our meal to spend good money that we worked for also? We were treated as though by our waiter as if we wasn’t and I filled a complaint that night with the manager and I will be with Red Lobster themselves. We didn’t get our salad in a timely man...

tonight was excellent. our experience began with the introduction of our waitress called bailey. she appeared energetic, friendly and willing to us with first class service. her first impression was noticeable! she took our drink order and from this moment we never had to ask for another drink. it was as if our glasses were magically refilled. the cheddar bay biscuits would also appear as if they read our thoughts. our orders came perfect and the taste, taste and quantities were perfect. as soon as we were ready to stop woman bailey took the time to buy our table and personally thank us for coming in tonight instead of just the dirty dishes like most waiter and waiter do in today's world. Yesterday was a disappointing day as we visited my favorite restaurant, which used to serve all my favorite comfort dishes and drinks. We started with the cheddar bay biscuits, which were buttery and garlicky, but unfortunately they weren't as good as they used to be. The strawberry lemonade used to be served in a tall glass with real strawberries and was incredible, but now it's just average. Additionally, the other drink we ordered for $9.49 was lacking the advertised berries. The meals no longer come with a Caesar or garden salad, which was also a disappointment. We did not have a reservation for Mother's Day and were seated promptly. Our family of five arrived at 11:50 and were told there was a 25-minute wait. After waiting for 40 minutes, I inquired about the remaining wait time and was met with rude responses from other patrons who had been seated before us. Despite being assured that we were next in line, we continued to wait. It has been a few years since we last dined at this restaurant, and I can say that the service has declined. It was a little busy but no wait, waiter didn't know the menu very well and wasn't helpful but was polite and easy to order from with a pleasant attitude. My Scampi and skewered shrimp was very good but my lobster tail was too salty. Time to get food from time to place order was much longer than should have been, drinks were empty by the time food arrived but not filled until plate was 3/4 done. Stuffed mushrooms at appetizer was delicious, complimentary biscuits were perfect. Didn't get a desert.

This was a fantastic restaurant! It was very busy but we only had to wait 10 minutes. Hostesses were very friendly. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. He checked back frequently to see if we needed anything.. He could answer any questions we had regarding the craft beers and he patiently allowed us to try several before we ordered. The **** Mary's were to die for and the food was excellent ! We will definitely come back!

The staff were friendly, the food was delicious. It was a wait on a table and we didn't think to make reservations so it was our fault and only 20 min. Which is excellent for Valentine's day. They text u when your table is ready and they have a bar available it was the best Valentine's day ever for us!

The food was good and the company was great. We were unsure of what to order, but our waitress Bailey gave us some helpful suggestions. We had a lot of laughs and would definitely recommend this restaurant. My daughter also enjoyed her pasta. Bailey did an amazing job. Réservez une table maintenant

Our food was absolutely fantastic. It was one of those situations where your full but keep eating because it tastes so good. The bacon wrapped scallops literally melted in my mouth. Our server was super nice, too. I highly recommend this location.
