I travel to work and I? ve was three times in this restaurant because after the first bad experience I decided to follow it and to follow it another shot and the second experience I had was OK, so I decided to go back what was a mistake, and the third time was even worse than the first time. Absolutely terrible. Our server was incredibly rude and inattentive, spending more time chatting with her friend at another table than attending to our needs. It took 20 minutes just to get a drink refill and over 30 minutes for our entrees to arrive, which came out cold as ice. The lettuce in our salad was old and brown, and the taste of cold seafood was unpleasant. Even requesting a to-go box was met with a long wait. This was the worst service and food experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We will definitely not be returning to this place. It was truly a dreadful experience.
Our server was great. My husband enjoyed his shrimps. I ordered a Ceasar Salad and a Sirloin Steak (for I see carbohydrates) and wow the Sirloin Steak was the hardest steak I had. I make Sirloin Steak quite often in my oven, so I'm pretty picky with Steak and her was pretty bad. I know it is a seafood place, but at least do not serve items if they are unable to grill a good quality cut of meat. Also the Ceasar Salad was drowned in the dressage and was soggy.
I was here four times. Mostly food is great, but sometimes some lower decisions slip through cracks. Lobster Bisque was not good, shrimp was amazing, broccoli was once cooked over, cookies are always great. Simply sometimes hit or miss, but in general the duck is quite delicious.
