Approx 2:30pm on Sat, empty parking lot, waited ten minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant, only two other small tables with customers. We always try to visit any restaurant during their shower hours. Server started off polite and friendly but that quickly changed. My family of five was always polite and said please every time we asked for something and ty when she brought it. A beginning is too generous. At first they were not busy at all, but it took FOREVER to get our food. I ordered the selection of your own 3 selections and they waited 15 minutes to come back and tell me that they were from the Sirloin I would rather be a NY strip and I said yes, that would be good and then come to find out that they loaded me for the 3 and loaded me separately for the NY strip. Even if the waitress brought out the food, a piece of shrimp fell from one of the plates and on the serving dish and the waitress took it up with her bare hand and put it back on the dish. I and my family will definitely not go back. This trip was a terrible experience and was absolutely ridiculous.
Spent $30 here tonight and I must say this place has really gone down since my last visit a few months ago. Short staff first off ?. Then ordered and was told no fish of any kind was available!!! No fish in a red lobster!! None. !! Ordered a Cesar salad as a side and when it came out it was a Cesar salad with ranch dressing !! Come on really ??? Wanted fish but not here tonight so I ordered a steak it was very well cooked and seasoned but my baked potato was under cooked and hard inside. Not what I expected from this restaurant at all.
I take my friend to this restaurant every year to celebrate her birthday, and it's always a wonderful experience. This past year has been particularly challenging for her and her husband, especially since he was in the hospital on his birthday last Friday. I made sure to send some take-out home with her for him. Her birthday is on St. Patrick's Day, but we celebrated a bit early this year since I have to work that day. Your team never fails to impress us, and you continue to be our top choice for birthday celebrations!

When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty, as it didn't open until 3:30 PM due to very limited staffing. Nonetheless, the service for our party of nine was quite good. We were the only customers for about an hour and a half, which was a unique experience—I had never been in a restaurant all to myself before.
I ordered the endless shrimp when I was really hungry, and the service was very slow—I could have fainted waiting. The staff probably need more training. The biscuits were good and served hot, but I think the kitchen could use some improvement as well. It will be a while before I come back.
