Red Lobster - Réserver une table

Had a great evening at Red Lobster a few weeks ago ! The food was good, but it could always be better. I think they did something with their strawberry lemonade, because it was way sweeter than I remember it. The lobster mashed potatoes are always a must ! Delicious as usual. For my entree, I had the bar harbor lobster bake. For the price, I would have expected something more. When all of the meat is gone, the pasta really doesn't have a flavor. I enjoyed my dinner, and what do you expect with a chain but I had a gift card to use and a craving for lobster mashed potatoes. (Honestly could have just eaten an entree size of those potatoes !

Nico, our server, was absolutely TERRIBLE. He didn’t check on us the entire time we were there and completely ignored us. He forgot about our appetizer and when the manager brought it out, he was even rude about it. The manager did not check on us either and he was not apologetic to us what so ever. He made excuses on why he forgot, but it did not make up for the terrible service we had. I’m severely disappointed

tonight for dinner for my man's birthday. service was terrible; the were only 3 tables with customers in our section, but we did not get any refills and had to wait over 20 minutes after our meal to get the sack and got it only when we found another employee

Excellent server even helped to park a walker out of traffic. Manager even stopped by. Very attentive staff for a large table with ages 4 to 90. Delicious food. Quiet enough for table talk even though pretty busy. Nice dining experience!
